SarahCare of Campbell was opened in 2006 after searching for a way to provide meaningful service to the elderly community. A successful CEO of a multi-state corporation, Tim's life changed the day his mother passed away in her apartment, alone but for the Meals on Wheels volunteer who discovered her. Tim wanted to provide hope, a sense of purpose and a reason for living for the elderly community. Tim opened an Adult Day Care program in order to provide seniors with compassionate daily care with mental and physical stimulation in a loving home-like environment. Tim also recognized the need to provide caregivers support and respite to keep families together and provide some relief from the stress experienced by the caregiver.
Everything SarahCare of Campbell does is based on our core values of Respect, Dignity, Integrity and Compassion. Participating in SarahCare's program is an affordable, secure alternative to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and in home care.
Founder of SarahCare of Campbell
Dr. Dupic's dissertation associated with his Doctorate Degree was "The Long Term Care for the Elderly in the San Francisco Bay Area: Needs and Affordability." Tim also has master degrees in Business Administration and Divinity. Tim's entire professional life was marked by one opportunity after another, including serving as CEO of a Multi-state corporation and being on several National Board of Directors. But for Tim, it wasn’t enough to just enjoy his career, he wanted to serve and improve the quality of life for the elderly community. Tim has also obtained certificates of completion for training in Dementia and Parkinson's Disease.
One of Tim’s favorite slogans is "Use it or Lose it." to this end, he not only insures that all his participants receive daily mental and physical stimulation, but he also offers "PositScience," a program developed by leading medical institutions such as the Stanford Medical Clinic, the Mayo Clinic and the Hope Foundation to try and improve his participants' cognitive and mental processing abilities. Tim's goal is to try and halt, slow down or even reverse some of the damage done by cognitive and memory processing impairment.
In addition to improving social and cognitive skills, Tim knows that his participants sleep better at night when they're stimulated during the day. Now that his formidable ambition is focused on serving the elderly and their caregivers, Tim believes that "Every day is a celebration." At SarahCare of Campbell every day is new and special.
